Instructions for Returning Devices Brought Back by Patients
We recommend grouping returned devices and making at least one shipment per week. To do so:
Use a prepaid Purolator return envelope provided in your order and drop it off at a Purolator shipping location. If you did not receive a Purolator return envelope with your last order, please contact us at support@icentia.com to request a prepaid Purolator return label.
If multiple devices are included in the same shipment, please ensure that each device is placed with its corresponding patient booklet inside a sealed envelope.

To request a pickup, please email us at support@icentia.com, specifying your full address. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing.
Please note that if a carrier other than the one proposed by Icentia is used for the return, any incurred costs will not be reimbursed.
Instructions to provide to patients
It is currently possible to return the device by mail. However, this method may result in delays, especially in the event of a postal strike.
For patients who wish to avoid any delays, we recommend returning the recorder to the location where it was originally installed.
Please note that patients may also return their device directly to our offices at any time, Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the following address:
