Instructions for Patients Returning CardioSTAT Devices

It is currently possible to return the device by mail. However, this method may result in delays, especially in the event of a postal strike.

For patients who wish to avoid any delays, we recommend returning the recorder to the location where it was originally installed. If the device was delivered to your home, please contact us at support@icentia.com or 1-800-431-9148, ext. 2, to arrange for its return to our facilities.

Please note that you may also return your device directly to our offices at any time, Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the following address:
