Instructions for Patients Returning CardioSTAT Devices

To avoid any delays, we ask all patients to return their recorder to the location where it was originally installed.

If the device was delivered to your home, please contact us at support@icentia.com or call 1-800-431-9148, ext. 2, to coordinate the return of the device to our facilities.

Please note that you may also return your device directly to our offices at any time, Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the following address:
