Step 1: Obtain a prescription
If you do not have a medical prescription for the CardioSTAT test or for a Holter, please talk to your doctor or contact us for assistance.
step 2: start your test
Once you have your prescription, please make an appointment at one of the points of service below or order a home test kit.

With your prescription in hand, make an appointment in one of our points of service. A nurse will install you a recorder.
Mail-To-Patient
You will be mailed your CardioSTAT ECG recorder and apply it safely yourself in the comfort of your home.
